When You Support a Small Local Buisness, You're Supporting A Dream

I am a college student who recently returned home to Brownsville (due to the Pandemic) after living four years in Austin and one year in Dallas. Over the course of my time away from home, I discovered my love for quality cheese and meats paired with a glass of wine. On the weekends, I would look forward to visiting wineries and tastings with friends as we learned about charcuterie and the different ways to pair it with various wines.  It became my dream to share my love for charcuterie with my friends and family. I began by making different goodie and charcuterie trays for small events and intimate gatherings with the people I love. Eventually, what started as a hobby turned into a business. Tipsy Cheese started as a college student’s dream and thanks to your support, it is now a small local business I can call my own doing what I love.
